On YNF Entertainment Magazine, “the best entertainment magazine in the UK“, Pennsylvania Parks and Forests Foundation (PPFF) are releasing monthly paint by numbers.
Paint By Numbers
Paint By Numbers Pennsylvania State Parks. The most recent monthly paint or color-by-number program offered by the Pennsylvania Parks and Forests Foundation (PPFF) will bring color to a favorite Pennsylvania state park. Individuals and families can connect with Pennsylvanian landscapes on a deeper level through the use of the do-it-yourself paint and color-by-number templates.
To create a piece of art in your own home, do-it-yourself painting templates are suitable for all skill levels and can be downloaded and printed. There are additional available. Take a look at the 2022 projects that celebrate forests and clean water. Find them here!
“These fun pieces are sure to inspire you to pick up a brush and to go outside,” said Marci Mowery, Foundation President. “We invite you to take a photo of your painting once it’s complete, share it on social media, and tag PPFF!”
On the PPFF website, the volunteer artist Melodie Schwarz-Higgins’ paint/color-by-number template for January is now available for download: https://paparksandforests.org/our-work/recreation/paint-or-color-by-number/
“My goal as an artist is to make nature accessible to everyone through art,” said Melodie Schwarz-Higgins. “I hope that, as people connect with the natural world, they will be inspired to appreciate and protect our amazing resources.”
A snowy scene from Hills Creek State Park serves as the model for January. It prompts the artist to consider the calming serenity that can be found in the colors of winter, which are in perfect harmony with the PPFF’s 2023 Photo Contest theme.
