Barbara Hankey-Rogers is not a chef, nutritionist, or medical professional. She is, however, a self-described foodie who has drastically improved her health and adopted a grain-free lifestyle at the age of 74. Barbara tried low-fat, vegan, and gluten-free diets like many others, but none of them worked for her. Rogers also realized how many people were unsure of the grain-free lifestyle in various ways.

Barbara shares her grain-free wisdom, ““If it’s gluten-free, that doesn’t mean it’s grain-free, but if something is grain-free, it’s automatically gluten-free!”
