Lion Ark

The Award Winning Wildlife Documentary Lion Ark features secret missions, undercover operations, intelligence briefings, nerve-wracking confrontations, extremely dramatic rescues, and high-speed races against time that make it feel more like an action movie. However, in contrast to the majority of action films, this one centers on lions’ actual lives or demise. Additionally, this critically acclaimed film is available for free streaming on UnchainedTV, so you can watch it right now.

In South American circuses, the Animal Defenders International team worked covertly for years. Bolivia banned the use of animals in circuses as a result of the outcry caused by their disclosure of the cruel treatment. However, there were some people who broke the law and made animals perform anyway. Lion Ark begins its nearly impossible mission to enforce the law and rescue the lions trapped in Bolivian circuses at that location. So this a Award Winning Wildlife Documentary.

Watch as brave members of the ADI team carry out one of the most difficult animal rescues ever, including airlifting fully grown lions to safety. Special appearances are made by Jorja Fox and Bob Barker, but the documentary saves the best for last. You get to see 25 lions enter their new homes at the Wild Animal Sanctuary in Colorado and begin to recover from the abuse in the incredible conclusion. You’ll get a taste of the exhilaration they felt when they finally had some freedom by watching them playing and rolling around in the grass.

Impact Of Lion Ark

“We wanted people to experience a frontline animal rescue, both the challenges and the joy,” said Lion Ark Director Tim Phillips. “The film tackles a serious issue, but is exciting and leaves people with a smile on their face, knowing they can make a difference as they see the lives of these animals transform.”

Even though this drama is set in Bolivia, Operation Lion Ark had a huge and global impact. The fact that this movie only shows a small portion of Animal Defenders International’s efforts to save animals around the world, a non-profit organization entirely dependent on donations, is perhaps the most remarkable aspect of it all.

“Measures to prohibit or limit the use of animals in circuses have already been adopted in 50 countries,” reported ADI.
